We offer free delivery on all orders over £70.

Standard shipping rates are £5.95 for all orders under £70.
​
Items are sent first class recorded delivery via Royal Mail or Royal Mail Special Delivery for all ashes jewellery items.
​
Orders are completed within 7-14 days of receiving the ashes, although in most cases, orders will be dispatched within 7-10 days.
This excludes ring orders as these can take slightly longer depending on stock availability however, most ring orders will be still be available within 14 days of receiving the ashes, hair of fur.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the jewellery being made to order with ashes or inclusions, we do not offer refunds or returns.
Upon placing your order, a pack will be posted to you for the ashes or other inclusions. In the meantime, the creation of your jewellery will be started and commencement of your chosen colour into the jewellery will begin. Therefore once this process has begun, we are unable to offer any refunds.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the memorial jewellery when you receive it, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. ​It is incredibly important to us that you are delighted with your purchase.
