How to Order
Step 1 - Choose your Memorial Ashes Jewellery
When ordering your ashes jewellery, the quickest way to place your order is through the website.

Alternatively, please contact us by email or telephone if you prefer.
Step 2 - Send the
Ashes to us
When you place an order, an ashes collection kit will be posted to you straight away.
​
Inside, you will find a labelled bag, spoon and a stamped addressed envelope for you to send back to us.
​
We require one teaspoonful of ashes or a lock of hair per piece of memorial jewellery ordered.
​
All remaining ashes that are not used will be returned to you with your finished piece.
Step 3 - We receive the Ashes and will create your special piece
When we receive the ashes, we will send you an email to let you know they have arrived safely.
​
Each piece of Ashes Jewellery will come with a Certificate of Authenticity to confirm that the piece hold your loved ones ashes.
​
Your finished piece of Memorial Jewellery will be completed in most cases within 14 days of receiving the ashes or before. During busy periods, please allow 21 days for completion.

Step 4 - Receiving your Jewellery
Your finished order will be dispatched in one of our beautiful presentation boxes as soon as your jewellery is ready.

You will be kept updated via email when your jewellery is ready and when you expect delivery.
