  • How do I know the ashes will not be contaminated?
We follow strict protocols when the ashes are received with us. Strictly one order is created at a time. The work space is sterilised in-between orders to ensure no cross-contamination. When your ashes arrive, the pack will be placed into a labelled bag with your name and order details. They are then placed into a locked safe for safekeeping until it is time to create your jewellery piece. Each workspace is thoroughly cleaned and sterilised between creating each piece of jewellery to avoid cross contamination. Any leftover ashes will be returned to you with your finished piece. Each piece of jewellery will come with a Certificate of Authenticity to confirm that the piece holds your loved ones ashes.
  • How is the jewellery made?
All our ashes jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver and the inclusions are set in a special jewellers resin. We have a unique process when creating the memorial stone and are very proud of it! Our jewellery is durable, hard wearing and crystal clear. Unlike glass it will not smash or crack. The ashes will stay inside forever.
  • Can the ashes be removed once they have been added to the jewellery?
No, the ashes cannot be removed from the jewellery once they have been added. Once they are added to the jewellery, they will stay inside forever.
